Tools for Extremal & Chemical Graph Theory
PHOEG
PHOEG stands for "PHOEG Helps to Obtain Extremal Graphs" and is the successor of GraPHedron. It uses a geometric approach to study graph invariants and led to numerous conjectures in extremal graph theory.
ChemicHull
ChemicHull offers a complete polyhedral description of chemical graphs with maximum degree 3. It allows to easily determine extremal molecular graphs for any given degree-based topological index, such as the Randic index, the Zagreb indices or the irregularity of Albertson.
House of Graphs
House of Graphs is a database of interesting graphs. It contains a large collection of (list of) graphs with various properties. It is widely used by many graph theorists and allow them to add new graphs in the House of Graphs.
PHOEG and ChemicHull are developed by the members of the Algorithms Lab (Computer Science Department, Faculty of Science, University of Mons, Belgium).
Some members of the Lab have also helped to the development of House of Graphs.
